No. Your workspace is created immediately and you can use every feature of your chosen plan during the trial. We will ask you to choose a billing cycle and pay only when you continue.
Yes. Request a one-time price for a lifetime licence of any plan. We send you a written quote; once you accept and pay it, your workspace never needs renewing.
From the Billing page in your workspace you can pay invoices with mobile money (M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Mixx by Yas, HaloPesa) or by bank transfer using the invoice number as the reference.
You keep full access to existing records. Creating more branches, users, customers or active loans than your plan allows will prompt you to upgrade.
If you have not subscribed, your workspace is limited to the billing page until you choose a plan. Your data is kept safe.
Yes. Yearly billing costs less than twelve monthly payments. You can change your plan or cycle from the Billing page.
SMS messages are sent through your own SMS provider account, so message costs are billed by that provider.
