This policy explains how MicroFin handles personal data when you visit our website, create a workspace or use the Service.

Account and contact details you give us (name, email, phone, organization) when you sign up, request a demo or contact us.

Billing records such as invoices and payment references.

Technical data such as IP address, browser type and sign-in activity, used for security and audit logs.

Data your organization enters about its borrowers, members and staff is Customer Data. Your organization decides what is collected and why; we process it on your behalf only to provide the Service.

To provide, secure and support the Service; to process subscriptions and payments; to communicate about your account; and to respond to enquiries. We do not sell personal data.

We share data only with service providers needed to run the Service (for example hosting, email, SMS and payment providers), under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

Workspaces are logically separated, access is protected by authentication and role-based permissions, and activity is logged. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected customers of a personal data breach as required by law.

We keep account and billing data for as long as your workspace is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes. Customer Data is deleted or returned after termination as described in the Terms of Service.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Borrowers and members should contact the lending institution that holds their data.
